Virtual Pathology Resource Facility

The Virtual Pathology Resource Facility was launched in July 2009 to supplement the function of the UNIMAS Pathology Museum. This facility is designed to enhance the teaching and learning of Pathology and to suit the current trend by incorporating information and technology. This website is dedicated to stimulate students’ interest as well as to cater the differences in their learning styles.

The macroscopic and microscopic pathological features are emphasised in this facility. Each case is accompanied by the history and the physical examination findings to correlate between clinical medicine and the underlying pathology.

This facility is determined to provide pathology teaching and learning resources to UNIMAS lecturers as well as students.

The site is in cooperation with UNIMAS Academic Support System MORPHEUS which is under UNIMAS Center of Applied Learning and Multimedia (CALM).
